Palm Island Innovation
Our client for this interesting project was David Young a brilliant landscape architect. The architect was Thomas Denzinger of Charleston, SC. Set in a maritime forest of a coastal barrier island the site is a small peninsula surrounded on three sides by tidal wetlands. The home has expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico and a private beach. The second story pool has glass bottom windows that illuminate the walk through ground floor to the beach. Interesting use of layers and textures.
